To launch the Taste for Yourself Tour, we visited Highfield community Primary school where SCOTY Winner Steven Cross and the LACA team served up fantastic food for the students and teachers. The North West visit was all about Palm Oil – How it affects the wildlife and our planet and what school caterers like Edsential are doing to source sustainable ingredients for their meals.
