The visit to the Allergy UK Headquarters in the LACA London region is a vital opportunity to highlight the importance of catering for allergens. Earlier this year, the Government released an important consultation on allergens which LACA responded to on behalf of our members. LACA has also set up its own working group on allergen awareness and training that is led by our National Chair, Stephen Forster.
